  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • No shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may incur a full service charge.

    • Late cancellations might result in a fee or loss of the right to reschedule.

  4. Confirmation:

    • The salon may attempt to confirm appointments 24 hours in advance via call, text, or email.

    • It's the client's responsibility to remember their appointment.

  5. Late/Tardiness:

    • A 15-minute grace period is generally allowed for tardiness.

    • Beyond that, a fee may be charged, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

    • Clients are urged not to book if they cannot be flexible with timing.

  6. Refunds:

    • Absolutely no refunds are provided.
