Sarina Nails FAQs

  • When booking an appointment over the phone, we'll ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number, and billing postal code. Additionally, to secure your booking, we require a credit card on file.

    If you prefer not to provide a credit card, you have the option to e-transfer payment for your service booking to Sarinanail385@gmail.com before your appointment can be confirmed.

    Appointment can be booked without payment but the time will not be reserved for you with 100% guarantee.

    For those who are unable to use these payment methods, you can take a chance by calling a few minutes ahead. If we have availability, we'll do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • You have options when it comes to purchasing gift cards with us. For physical gift cards, simply visit our store. If you prefer an e-gift card, you can easily purchase one by visiting the gift card tab on our main menu. Both types of gift cards are redeemable in-store.

    It's worth noting that if the gift card was initially purchased for a specific service, the recipient has the flexibility to use it for other products and services as well. We aim to make your gifting experience as convenient and versatile as possible.

  • At times, product removals from other salons have caused delays, making it challenging for us to stay on schedule for our next guest. To ensure timely service for everyone, we kindly ask that if you have products from another salon, please email our front desk with a picture of your current manicure. We'll assess whether it falls within our 10-minute removal time. Please note, there will be an additional charge for removal of products from another salon. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • We understand that unexpected delays happen, whether it's traffic or subway delays. While we'll do our utmost to accommodate your reservation within the scheduled time, please note that arriving late may require us to shorten your service out of consideration for our next guest. There may also be instances where we need to adjust your service to maintain our schedule. To assist us in these situations, if you anticipate being a few minutes late, please give us a call at 416-423-1800 to inform us, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

    Please be aware that we require 24 hours' notice to reschedule, change, or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For no-shows or cancellations with less than 5 hours' notice, the full service booking fee will be charged, either to the credit card on file or on your next visit.
